Team Leader- Customer Care
( Davao City)


Manage a team that provides frontline services such as applications, inquiries, payments, sales & retail
Represents the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on process and procedures in accordance with the company's strategies of focus on customer, quality improvement, cost management and productivity


Graduate of any 4 year course
Very high Customer Service Orientation; solutions oriented
At least 3 years experience in progressive quality customer service

Marketing Officer
( Davao City & Butuan City)



Implementation of strategic marekting programs that will drive both sales volume and revenue
Cross-group reporting, monitoring & feedback mechanisms for market, program and product updates and data analysis
Development of promotional sales support collaterals
Monitoring & analysis of products & marketing programs effectiveness thru market research
Promotional activities in various locations and set-up of venue requirments


Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
Must be willing to work in Davao City or Butuan
Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Conceptualizing events, promotions and advertising
