We run several online loan sites. We are seeking someone to answer the emails, forward applications to the right consultants, and when someone clicks on live chat you tell them about our programs. Right now the sites don't get a lot of traffic, so you if you know HTML and understand about linking and blogging those applicants will be given a priority.
DUTIES
We are looking for someone who speaks & writes excellent english . This person would also email clients, follow up with customers, and follow up with our consultants at various banks and finance companies.
This person should have a college degree in either finance (strongly preferred) or business related field.
The hours will be 8 - 4 PST (US). We will also be in constant contact thru Yahoo msgr just encase someone ask a question you don't have an answer for.
During downtimes we would like this person to post to our blogs and in general, help us promote our sites. You must have a fast internet connection and pls provide references, and salary requirements with resume. If you have SEO and/or marketing experience, that is a definate plus! Please provide a way for us to contact via phone for final interviews.
