Requirements: The incumbent would be responsible for managing multiple accounts as a Business Unit head. He/she will drive metrics, engage with the clients, manage the team and be responsible for the financials (revenue and profitability) of the business handled.
The ideal candidate would have at least 10 years experience managing real time operations in any industry. Experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not essential. He/she would be managing teams of over 250 members in a technical support or customer service environment. Excellent communication skills and extensive experience in managing clients are essential. Being a leadership role, the position requires high level of energy and ability to manage ambiguity.
