Responsibilities:

* Plans, organizes, directs and controls all related activities to ensure attainment of operation objectives and targets within the acceptable cost and shrinkage level; ensures maximum productivity of staff within the department; overseeing all commercial aspects and operations of the entire store

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Selling Skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
