Responsibilities:
* Checks and controls general administrative requirements by monitoring efficient operations of computer hardware and consumables of the Store; oversees Petty Cash Fund and its precise bookkeeping; ensures prompt and accurate generation of all computer-generated reports; ensures accurate and strict compliance to Charlie Checkpoint and End Control procedures. Ensures availability of accurate and timely MIS reports, focusing on the accounting and financial aspects and expense budget; administering the cyclic and annual stocktake and stock corrections; supervising the ALC staff
* - Checks & Controls implementation of Operating procedures.
* - Control Fixed Assets
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Computer literate, Knowledgeable in Financial Accounting, Keen to details.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
