Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer delight to most of the transaction via phone call, walk-in and e-mai
l * Responsible in the after-sales concern on consumer products, from receiving up to the releasing of the serviced items.
* Required to know the basic testing procedures.
* Shall be in-charge for the issuance of SRA on consumer products
* Must have a knowledge on how to solve a customer concern (technical or non-technical).
* Coordinate with Technical Adviser and set a target time to finish all the pending items considering the lead-time * Must be familiar with the basic specifications of the entrusted product line in order to provide prompt and accurate answers to customer inquiries.
* Shall be in charge of updating item code and description of the products handled
* Responsible in explaining the service charges for the out-of-warranty repairable items and the terms and conditions upon repair.
* Responsible in computing the basic service charges for the repair of out-of-warranty consumer products, including the faxing of service quotation to the client
* Responsible in forecasting the spare parts for requisition
* Responsible in coordinating the availability of parts to be used for repair to the main office * Shall be in charge of monitoring and tracking items received and their status
* Shall prepare weekly reports
* Monitor the pending items and provide updated feedback from AGT on all the forwarded consumer products
* Responsible in segregating all old SCR and units not yet picked-up by clients from the new transactions.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Office.
* Required language(s): English, Visaya, Filipino
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
