Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for the repair of Components products (motherboard, soundcard, videocard, etc.) Must be familiar with the products and recommend the best ways to repair themShall be responsible for accuracy of current testing and troubleshooting proceduresShall be in charge of repair and support under the turn around time set by the company and responsible for upholding the quality of repairs madeProvide assistance in matters of Pre-Qualification testingResponsible for submitting reports for product issues for special cases under you to the Customer Care ManagerShall be expected to actively participate in forums or discussion groups and provide communication to manufacturers for technical issuesKeep up to date with the latest changes in technology as well as up and coming new products under your group.Shall be tasked to go on field as necessary
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Required language(s): English, FilipinoApplicants must be willing to work in Davao City.Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.Full-Time positions available.
