Main Functions:
1. Monitor/manage state of local and remote web hosting servers
2. Monitor/manage network traffic for all hosting clients
3. Administer account creation and maintenance for all clients including creation and management of email services
4. Provide technical support to all hosting client via ticketing system
Skills Required:
1. Experienced in local area and wide area networking (internet, intranet)
2. Experienced in network management systems especially for web hosting services
3. Knowledge in installation/configuration/management of Linux and Windows Servers
4. Good grasp of CSS/XHTML
5. Knowledge in PhP/ASP.Net is a Plus
6. Knowledge in H-Sphere
