• He/she is able to ensure customers satisfaction with the product or service
• With experience as call center agent and with computer skills
• Knowledgeable with regards to the product being introduced/ market
• Perceiving, efficient, and provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints
• Fast and accurate in customer orders and knows how to plan techniques in ways to improve the business and solve problems
• Willing to work overtime in order to meet the demands of customers.
• Capable to improve and develop new systems and procedures to have desirable customer service efficiency.
• Good English Communication Skills preferably with American or British accent
• Self- motivated
• An experienced communicator and supportive to goals
• Possessing excellent listening and rapport building skills
