Virtual Assistants

Successful candidate(s) will be providing general office administrative task in a remote and “Virtual” environment.

This may include the following tasks:
-Sending and receiving emails
-Doing research
-Encoding and faxing documents
-Placing and receiving calls
-Various clerical/administrative tasks that will be required by clients from US, Canada and UK.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have excellent oral & written english communication skills
• Knowledgeable of standard MS Office software - (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task and learn things fast
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Executive Assistant, Call center experience a huge plus.
• Willing to work in shifts, including graveyard.
• Graduate of 4-year degree course. Fresh graduates may apply.
