General / Medical Transcriptionist

Job Summary: Interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, workup, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc., in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services and with excellent written and oral communication skills, including English usage, grammar, and good listening skills. At least 2 to year’s general office work experience like data entry experience, accounting work experience and expert in Microsoft word. General and Medical Transcripnist assures accuracy of terminology and grammatically correct and provide legal documents for clients. He/she can understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation and styles and could work with less supervision. Certified medical transcriptionis’t (CMT) and stenographic is a plus.
