Human Resource Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Screens applicants for work and selects the best work applicants
2. Administers, checks and interprets the Employment Admission Exam
3. Prepares the Psychological Profile of applicants
4. Conducts the New Hire Orientation (NHO) and the tour around the company premises
5. Maintains a complete record system of all human resources of the entire organization
6. Prepares the program and other materials needed for the monthly General Assembly.
7. Educates the employees with the government mandated benefits
8. Prepares and submits reports to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, BIR
9. Monitors attendance of all employees and issues attendance memos
10. Attends to special duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. He/She must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Studies or in Psychology.
2. Should possess a pleasant and healthy attitude which will effectively enable him/her to represent both the management and the workers.
3. Should possess good judgment.
4. Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
