HR Personnel

-From the age of 30 and below.
-An HR Personnel increases, recommends on and executes guidelines relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization.
-He/She will cover areas such as functioning practices, service, reimburse, conditions of employment and diversity.
-Responsible on regular salary assessment.
-Do administration tasks including upholding accounts relating to staff.
-Preparing and from time to time convey training, including instruction for new staff.
-Pay attention to complaints and employs disciplinary actions.
-Informing on pay and other fee issues, including endorsements and benefits.
-Preferably of BS Psychology or any Behavioral or Business courses.
-Educated with technical skills and on HR relations.
-Has background experience in Human Resource
-At least 1 year with experience in processing & managing HR tasks
-Take pleasure in working at a computer all day.
-Adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and Internet
-Must be detail oriented and resourceful
-Acquire English communication and writing abilities
