Business Analyst

Position requires 2-3 years of experience in BPO operations, 1 year of which should be in a position involved in business or reporting analysis. Required skills include intermediate use of MS Excel and other MS Office applications; basic proficiency in business process documentation and feasibility studies or SOW finalization; excellent verbal and written communication; and the ability to interact with various internal and external clients. Preferred qualifications include: writing and layout designing skills for business presentations; and exposure to outsourced multimedia production environment.
