JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides effective customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
Ability to listen to customers’ complaints
Ability to do administrative work
Resourceful in gathering data needed for the documentation

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To follow up customers for the periodic maintenance service
To accept calls for customer and service appointment
To maintain customers’ data base
To coordinate with department heads with regards to customer’s complaint.
