JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for accreditation of cooperatives and other organizations; processing of loan availments; monitoring loans and collection; assisting cooperatives in preparation of action plan, targets, and projects; tapping assistance from external sources for various needs of the accredited cooperative and organization
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female, between 22 - 26 years old
Preferably resident of Davao City
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
With knowledge in preparation and evaluation of project proposals, and in community organizing
Able to relate to all levels in the organization and external clients
Adept in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
With good oral and written communication skills
With driver’s license is an advantage;
Able to adapt to any work environment
Can cope with pressure and meet deadlines
Has sense of urgency
Willing to travel and work on extended hours if necessary
