- certificate of Medical Transcription training/course with at least 2 years experience as MT or 1 year as Editor.
- capable of not less than 2000 lines per day with minimum of 98% accuracy.
- should be a team player
- must pass the assessment set by the company.

QA:
- certificate of Medical Transcription training/course with at least 2 years experience as MT or 1 year as Editor.
- capable of achieving not less than 2000 lines per day with minimum of 99% accuracy.
- preferably a resident of Davao.
