* Any four-year course
* Experience with Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, ImageReady, CorelDraw, HTML,Basic CSS, Flash Animation
* Excellent design sense; ability to understand the relationship between branding and visual design
* Strong type and design skills
* Comfort with active customer involvement in the creative process
* Action-oriented; execute work within established project time-lines
* High work ethics; willing and able to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, to take ownership and pride in producing quality work
