The Dean must be a current Registered Nurse; a holder of Master’s Degree in Nursing; and had previous administrative experience with an academic institution at a level which demonstrates qualities of leadership and management.
The successful candidate shall demonstrate the ability (but not limited) to:
provide creative, focused and articulate leadership;
communicate the Unit’s strengths and future potential to internal and external audiences;
foster professional development of faculty and staff;
foster excellence in research, teaching and practice.
