• Minimum 15 years of experience in applied Mechanical & Electrical Engineering including maintenance of heavy equipment and other large machinery plus at least basic knowledge in Civil Engineering and/or minimum of 10 active years in management positions for engineering.
• Above average managerial skills and used to hands-on management
• Work experience in a mining industry a plus but not required
• Work experience from abroad is preferred
• Computer literate in at least Microsoft Office
