1. Male or Female above 30 years old;
2. Must have a certificate or diploma related to any of the following courses:
a. Hotel and restaurant management
b. Catering Management
c. Hospitality Technology
d. Culinary Arts Program
e. Entrepreneurship, franchising and small business management
4. At least with five (5) years managerial experience and formal trainings in related business/industry
5. Must possess competencies in culinary arts, dining services, customer relation, planning, coordination, catering services, business and finance management.
