Ensure the meeting of sales budget and the generation of revenue, developing and delivering sales presentations and closing of sales in a professional and effective manner by:
* Following up on sales leads, referrals and making regular and well-organized sales/cold calls on potential customers
* Making company/product presentations and assessing the customers' needs
* Explain and demonstrate products/services to customers which may involve providing technical solutions and concepts
* Preparing estimates, pricing, proposal and submitting and presenting proposals/offers based on the customer’s requirement, negotiating prices and credit terms, preparing contracts and recording orders.
* To ensure effective market planning & continued revenue stream by participating in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner by:
* Being aware of product & service marketability in terms of industry trends, customers’ technical & manufacturing needs as well as government regulations
* Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of strategic plans and procedures to coordinate market plans
* Regularly updating promotional / sales materials to target identified customers
* Monitoring, analyzing, & reporting monthly sales data to contribute to product/service planning during sales meetings and discussions.
Secondary Functions
# Pass on inquiries/request of “other” products/services/matters to the concerned department
# Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Qualifications of Applicants
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in ECE, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Heavy equipments and other industrial products such as Cranes, Forklifts, Hoist, Industrial Lifts is an advantage
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
* Knowledgeable in hydraulics is preferred
* Excellent Sales skills: pre-sales, sales negotiation and closing techniques
* Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
* Marketing & market planning knowledge
* In-depth knowledge of target market industries and territory
* Class 3 driving license; preferably with own car
* Able to work without direct supervision
* Neat, hygienic and professional appearance
* Works well in a team environment
* 1 Full-Time position available.
