URGENT HIRING: OFFICE CLERK

Location: Davao City (Gasoline Station in Matina Area)
Wage/Salary: Minimum
Type: Full Time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Female (Single)
• 21 to 24 years old
• College Graduate of any Business-Related Course
• Must be well-organized and presentable
• Willing to be trained and can work with less supervision
• Must have knowledge of secretarial and general office procedures and record keeping

SKILLS:
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintains good interpersonal skills in dealing with members, clients and visitors
• Must have the ability to handle diverse tasks and organize work to meet deadlines
• Should be capable of efficiently organizing and maintaining a filing system
• Must be proficient with using MS Office and other computer programs

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle daily reports and monitor accounts (payables and receivables), payroll and other accounting functions
• Establish rapport and build strong relationship with the clients and members
• Attend to clients' inquiries
• Perform other related matters as may be assigned from time to time
