Excellent startup in the domain industry seeks a Project Manager to assist in the day to day running of company's numerous web projects.
The ideal candidate will drive tactical and strategic projects focused on Web Self Service solutions, covering pre-sales, point of sale and post sales subjects.
The successful candidate for this position will work directly with Customers, Managers, Vendors and Peers to define staff, track and report the status of Online projects that contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Drive online customer care technology projects from concept through completion.
Oversee the management, ongoing updates, and roadmap for online projects
Identify new opportunities, enhancements, and content suggestions to help drive call avoidance
Assist in staffing project teams by managing a team of skilled knowledge authors and virtual project teams
Track project issues and drive their resolution
Create project status reports and deliver updates to management
Help to establish and manage change control process related to all online projects
Work with Admin and Engineering to continually improve processes and tools
Provide regular updates to local project teams on all projects and functions
Manage and maintain project and team in-line with business targets
Skills and Qualifications:
3 years proven ability in Project Management and managing web projects, preferably within a an online .Com company
Strong online support/online strategy, self service, Customer experience/Web customer experience
3 years in a lead role managing technical web projects
Knowledge of web delivery technologies such as HTML, PHP, Javascript and JSON
Analytical mindset leveraging the use of web reporting and analytics
Proven ability of managing the production of online technical content with minimal defects
Excellent communication skills, including written and oral
Ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day direction
Ability to facilitate meetings and manage interactions across diverse groups, including engineers, developers and customers
Detail Oriented, organization skills, ability to maintain an issues log, active listening skills
