Requirements: The Program Manager would be responsible for managing metrics in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to manage clients is highly desired.
Candidates applying for the position would have at least 7 years experience of which the last 2 years would be in a managerial position, preferably in the BPO industry. He/she would have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and manage teams of 120-150 members. Experience in a technical support or customer service environment is essential.
